What are some ways to get rid of blackheads?

Hi, I'm a 16 year old guy and I have some blackheads on my nose, they must be quite unattractive to the opposite sex. I have a blackhead squeezer and when I do it, the dirt comes out but the next day they're back again, it seems like I only temporarily remove them.

Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to remove them and prevent them from coming back? Thanks in advance.
